Teacher Survey
We also encourage you to take advantage of our teacher survey. This survey is designed to help us understand your interest in teaching chess and to tailor a learning journey that supports your unique strengths and teaching goals. Please take a few moments to share your thoughts with us.
Your thoughtful responses will help us shape a meaningful and supportive chess-learning experience just for you. We’re excited to help you inspire curiosity, confidence, and connection—on and off the chessboard.

Group Call

This is a 2-hour casual meet-and-greet held every Friday afternoon from 1-3pm EST with people we want to get to know and have meaningful and lasting conversations with. We would love to share with you our passion for chess and chess education. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know more about us and the other participants.
We will take a few moments to discuss your teacher survey responses and chart a path together for further development for learning and teaching chess basics and beyond. We will send you a printable pdf of your survey responses to have handy during our discussion along with a course guide to coordinate class dates with your learning group.
We are very much looking forward to this meeting with you. It will be a great honor for us to witness those aha moments you will experience throughout the course.

Course Pricing

Finally, course pricing is based on group size, and you will have an opportunity to adjust sizes accordingly before purchasing.  A 30-minute course orientation will then be scheduled with each participant. Teachers will also schedule a performance evaluation with their coach at the midpoint and a call to discuss next steps at its conclusion for further development.

Chess Education Training
Our beginner-friendly chess course is designed for teachers seeking balanced activities for students. Teachers will access our unique mini-games approach to break learning into digestible pieces. Our chess courses provide spaces where teachers can feel embraced and build genuine relationships beyond the chessboard.
Everyone can join in and enjoy this learning process, whether for your family, as an aspiring teacher, or someone just interested in basic ideas. Our experienced coaches will walk you through the basics, making it easy and enjoyable.
This course consists of four 90-minute bi-weekly classes spanning six weeks. Reserve spots today for a $10 booking charge and enjoy a group call with us to discuss various development paths for playing and teaching chess basics.
With that, each participant on the call will receive a 20% discount on our 6-hour courses.  The booking charge will be applied to the course price for each participant.  As a two-player game, group sizes must be set in increments of two before making reservations.
Group sizes are limited to four teachers, so we encourage you to reserve seats today to take advantage of our smaller class sizes beginning this Spring.
